Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Lean Process Manager Supply Chain & Procurement (m/f/d) In this role youll take responsibility for implementing and optimizing lean processes to boost efficiency across the supply chain. Youll work closely with various internal departments and external suppliers to drive continuous improvements and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly and cost-effectively. - Process Analysis: You are responsible for conducting value stream analyses streamlining our existing process flows and identifying and resolving process bottlenecks
- Lean Strategy: You develop implement and monitor lean strategies and methods to ensure efficiency gains and cost savings throughout the entire supply chain
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You work closely with departments such as procurement production and software development to promote smooth operations through the introduction of software features and effective communication
- Project Management: You are responsible for initiating projects to reduce waste improve inventory control and increase internal lead times for order processing
- Training & Workshops: You conduct training sessions and workshops to promote understanding of lean principles within the production and procurement teams and strengthen awareness of continuous improvement within the team
- ERP Expertise: You serve as a point of contact for ERP-related system queries and contribute to the development of a lean culture within EGYM
Your fitness level
- Educational Background: You have a degree in technical or business-related studies ideally with a focus on Supply Chain Management or Logistics or equivalent training with further education in lean or Six Sigma
- ERP Experience: You have at least 5 years of experience in using ERP systems (e.g. SAP by Design SAP S/4HANA) and understand their supply chain operations
- Planning Expertise: You possess expertise in production planning manufacturing control and delivery schedules in the ERP system (MRP)
- Communication Skills: You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Analytical Thinking: You can think critically and solve problems
- Language Skills: You are fluent in English and ideally have good knowledge of German
Your training goal for your first 6 months
- Tool Proficiency: You have developed a deep understanding of our tools and processes you can operate them and you are well-connected with your colleagues
- Operational Readiness:You understand our core processes and can work operationally independently after onboarding
- Improvement Initiatives:You have already identified and prioritized first process improvement ideas and have taken the first steps toward implementation
