Job Summary

Summit Search Group is seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Representative to join our clients team at Shippam & Associates in Winnipeg MB. For nearly 50 years Shippam has been a trusted leader in promotional products and branded merchandise helping organizations across Western Canada create distinctive eco-friendly and customized brand solutions.

This role is ideal for a polished ambitious sales professional who is ready to take the next step in their career growing business and building client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

New Business Development Identify and qualify leads nurture accounts and establish long-term partnerships across Manitoba and beyond.
Client Solutions Promote Shippams full product line including branded apparel promotional goods workwear recognition awards and online company stores.
Team Support Provide guidance to inside sales teams and ensure smooth account transitions.
Collaboration Partner with colleagues in sales administration and production to ensure exceptional customer service and efficient follow-through.
Technology Use Utilize Syncore CRM and reporting tools to track activity manage pipelines and drive sales processes.

Qualifications

5 years of B2B sales experience ideally in promotional products consumer goods or related industries.
Proven success in business development and account management.
Previous experience mentoring or leading peers; management experience is an asset.
Tech-savvy with CRM/ERP systems (experience with Syncore is an asset).
Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across Manitoba with occasional national travel.
A passion for helping clients succeed and an ambition to step into leadership.
