What youll do
Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Manager Administrative Services you will provide a full range of administrative support services for the Business Office.
- You will provide superior customer service to all clients including but not limited to students staff and the public.
- You will be responsible for all functions relating to Accounts Receivable. These functions include but are not limited to the following: receipting payments processing deposits invoicing assisting students regarding tuition sponsorships collecting overdue accounts and processing refund requests.
- Other administrative duties will include campus reception functions such as responding to telephone email and in-person enquiries. You will also provide general office support to campus operations as required.

- You possess excellent coordination skills specifically related to operating in a fast-paced client-facing Business Office
- You demonstrate a strong commitment to excellence (in ensuring accurate posting of accounts reconciling cash accurately dealing with inquiries processing refunds etc.)
