About the Team:
As the technical leader for this team you will be a founding member and share in setting the charter and vision for this team. Some things that might fall into your remit include the following: uplevel our client analytics logging and feature flagging systems standardizing (and building the systems to support) deep linking to experiences and content across our platforms and services and building mechanisms and tooling that will allow us to test our experiences end-to-end and across platforms and marketplaces.
About the Role:
As a new team without a firmly defined charter you will have a big say in what the day-to-day of this position looks like. That said this role will be expected to partner closely with leads across our Mobile Web Backend and Platform teams as well as Product and Engineering leadership.
On a daily basis you will identify areas where the Client Platform team can drive solutions and partner with your leadership as well as cross-team and functional partners to define what a solution entails. Additionally you will roadmap and deliver that work to your team and others. This work will be highly ambiguous requiring collaboration across our tech stack and influencing others within the company.
Were happy to share that this is an onsite position in our London office. To help foster team collaboration we require that employees be in the office a minimum of three days per week: Monday Wednesday and Thursday and as needed by your manager or the company. We believe that this working environment facilitates increased work efficiency team partnership and supports growth as an employee and organization.
