As a Solution Consultant youll be at the center of designing and delivering state-of-the-art automated material handling systems that transform how our customers run their logistics operations. From the first customer conversation to the final solution design youll combine technical expertise with creativity translating business needs into smart efficient and future-ready systems.
You wont just be behind a desk youll be out with customers analyzing operations running simulations and presenting your concepts with confidence. This is a role for someone who loves working across the full spectrum of consulting engineering and customer collaboration and whos ready to make an impact in a global fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities:
- Build strong customer relationships through problem-solving and trusted guidance.
- Visit customer sites to assess and document logistics operations.
- Define requirements and future needs in close collaboration with customers.
- Lead Data Analysts in extracting and interpreting critical data.
- Develop innovative customer-focused solutions and ROI-justified designs.
- Oversee Design Engineers in creating detailed material handling systems.
- Manage simulation modeling labor analysis and ROI calculations.
- Deliver clear confident presentations to earn client trust.
- Support sales with proposals presentations and pre-sales activities (incl. trade shows).
- Mentor and guide Consulting and Engineering team members on projects.
- Research emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
- Develop tools and methods to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
4 years of experience in automated material handling solutions.
Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D) and Microsoft 365 (Teams Word Excel PowerPoint); SQL a plus.
Strong understanding of material handling technologies and applications.
Skilled in data analysis for logistics with ability to present insights clearly to clients.
Proven ability to lead detailed solution design processes internally and externally.

Youre just as comfortable analyzing complex data as you are standing in front of a customer explaining your findings with clarity and confidence.
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to wear PPE when visiting sites.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
