Job Summary
Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Dispatcher
Location: Austin TX
Pay: Up to $26/hr (Based on Experience)
Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with dispatching experience We are looking for a Commercial Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team! If you have at least 6 months of experience in a similar role and thrive in a fast-paced environment we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch plumbing technicians for commercial jobs.
- Communicate with customers technicians and vendors to coordinate service requests.
- Ensure efficient routing and job prioritization.
- Maintain accurate records of job status technician availability and service requests.
- Assist with invoicing customer follow-ups and general administrative tasks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve scheduling conflicts as needed.
Qualifications:
- 6 months of experience in dispatching (preferably in plumbing HVAC or a similar trade).
- Strong multitasking communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
- A customer-service mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
