Inthisrole atypicaldaywilllooklike:
Leadtheplanningexecution andmanagementofthewebsitemigrationprojectincludingcollaborationwithcross-functionalteamsandvendorsforstrategysmoothtransitionandminimaldisruption.
Developandimplementmigrationstrategies timelines andriskmitigationplansreportingonmigrationstatusandworkingwithvendorsandstakeholderstoaddressissues.
Workcloselywithdevelopmentstakeholderstoimplementnewfeaturesandenhancementsand monitorplatformperformance anduserexperiencemakingdata-drivenimprovements.
Managewebvendorrelationshipforprojectprioritiesandincludingdevelopmenthoursandbudgetofactivities.
Gatherandprioritizerequirementsfromvariousbusinessunitswhilefosteringstrongrelationshipswithvendorsinternalstakeholders andthird-partyserviceproviders.
Developdetailedprojectplansincludingscopebudget andresourceallocationalongwithtrackingprojectprogressensuringtimelydeliverywithinbudgetconstraints.
Overseechangemanagementimplementationincludingfeatureenhancementstesting andrelease.
Stayupdatedwiththelatestindustrytrendsandtechnologiesandensurecompliancewithbestpracticesstandards andregulations
Theessentialrequirementsofthejobinclude:
BachelorsdegreeinInformationSystemsorrelatedtechnologyfieldpreferred
5yearsofworkexperiencedrivingandexecutingweb and/orenterprisesoftwaredevelopmentprojects(forexample:ERPseCommerce datawarehouses CRMaccountingsystems Web CMS etc.). Formalprojectmanagementtrainingmaybesubstitutedforsomeoftheexperience.
5yearsofexperienceinane-commerceproductionenvironmentpreferred
Provenexperienceleadingwebsitemigrationprojectspreferred
Experiencecoordinatingcross-functionalschedules trackingdeliverables andmanaginginterdependenciesthroughvisualplanningsystems.
Strongcapabilityinplanningandexecutiongrowingteamcapability andfosteringa cultureofoperationalrigor.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associates position within the salary range will be based on several factors including but not limited to relevant education qualifications certifications experience skills seniority geographic location performance shift travel requirements sales or revenue-based metrics any collective bargaining agreements and business or organizational needs.
The compensation range for this role is $115000 - $140000 USD per job is also eligible for Bonus Pay.We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.

The amount and availability of any bonus commission benefits or any other form of compensation and benefits that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Companys sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Companys sole discretion consistent with the law.
