Production Team Members

About the Role

One of Australias iconic brands is growing are looking for team members who enjoy working in a quality manufacturing environment who is equally comfortable being part of a small team and working is a permanent day shift role in our Epping cement render plant.

Responsibilities

You will be multi-skilled and accountable for the day-to-day execution of the site Production you will rotate through each Render Operator position in the Production Roster including preparation manufacture and filling.

The Render Operator sets the foundation for the sites Safety and Quality approach and actions are integral to the products and services we deliver to our customers and underpin the sites can do mindset.

Actively participate in site Continuous Improvement activities as members of project teams or investigation/review contribute and help execute improvement ideas that increase site productivity quality and safety.

Skills & Experience

• Process and action oriented
• Committed to work and maintaining a safe harm-free environment
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 25kgs and carry out manual handling tasks
• Forklift Licence would be an advantage.
