Salary: $160000 - $225000 Base (negotiable) Mo/Qtrly/Annual Bonuses (OTE $275k-$400k)
Bonus Opps: 10% Production/ 10% of origination fees / 5% Consult/ 10% dormant client bonuses
Production Bonus: Target 1900 hrs/yr (36 hrs/wk); 10% production bonus ($10k/mo)

REMOTE Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Responsibilities

Manage diverse commercial litigation caseloads from start to finish
Lead and mentor a team of legal professionals
Stay current on legal developments regulations and industry trends
Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships
Drive client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Identify and seize business development opportunities
Contribute to the development of legal processes and systems
Oversee credit management and billing support activities

REMOTE Sr. Commercial Litigation Attorney Qualifications

JD and licensed to practice law in Florida required
5 years of commercial litigation experience required
2 years of bench trial jury trial and 1st or 2nd chair experience required
Significant motion practice experience required
Experience conducting depositions substantive hearings and evidentiary hearings required
