Help shape the future of U.S. airspace safety and efficiency. We are seeking a Quality Analyst to join our team of qualified diverse individuals. The ideal candidate

responsible for reviewing requirements developing test cases validating functionality and ensuring quality standards are met for mission-critical FAA systems. Working closely with engineers developers and program managers. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth experience in federal contracting while supporting high-visibility aviation programs.

In this position you will:

  • Help ensure modernization initiatives and deployed solutions deliver on performance compliance and safety.

  • Review business technical and system requirements to developcomprehensive test plans and test cases.

  • Conductmanual and automated testingof applications systems and integrations.

  • Validate that deliverables meet FAAfunctional performance and compliance requirements.

  • Track document and managedefects and issues ensuring timely resolution.

  • Collaborate with developers engineers and stakeholders toclarify requirements and acceptance criteria.

  • Supportregression integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

  • Ensure compliance with FAA quality standards safety frameworks and federal IT requirements.

  • Maintain clear and accuratequality documentation metrics and reports.

  • Participate indesign reviews readiness assessments and test evaluations.

  • Supportaudit-ready QA documentation.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by recommendingprocess enhancements and QA best practices.

  • Familiarity withdefect tracking systemsand root cause analysis.
  • Experience executing and documentingmanual and automated tests.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Must have the ability to obtain / maintain a Public Trust clearance.
  • Bachelors degree and 12 years of experience or Masters degree and 10 years or or Associates degree and 14 years experience or HS diploma/equivalent and 16 years experience.
  • 5 years of experience in quality assurance or testing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with test case management tools.
  • Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct FAA or NAS configuration management experience.
  • Certifications such as ISTQB Certified Tester CSTE or Certified Quality Analyst (CQA).
  • Experience supporting FAA NextGen modernization programs or aviation-related systems.
  • Familiarity with automation frameworks (Selenium Cypress Playwright or similar).
  • Background in performance/load testing tools (JMeter LoadRunner).
  • Experience with data validation API testing and database QA (SQL Postman etc.).
  • Knowledge of aviation operations or FAA system environments.

Target Salary Range

$104000 - $166000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position the individuals experience education knowledge skills and competencies as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position employees may be eligible for overtime shift differential and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
