Job Summary

For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Knowledge Systems Data Assistant role.

About the Team
Join our global team responsible for maintaining and improving our knowledge management systems that support our legal professionals worldwide. Collaborating with business management colleagues lawyers and knowledge management teams we ensure high-quality efficiently managed data and knowledge platforms.

You will be responsible for

  • Supporting the regular operation and maintenance of knowledge systems.

  • Uploading new data and conducting audits to ensure data integrity.

  • Categorising legal documents for better searchability.

  • Implementing quality checks and troubleshooting issues.

  • Administering user access rights to safeguard sensitive information.

  • Maintaining detailed records of data processes and preparing metrics reports.

  • Collaborating with local and global team members.

Apply if you

  • Have experience supporting knowledge management or data systems in a professional or corporate environment.

  • Demonstrate outstanding organisational and data management skills.

  • Are proficient in SharePoint or similar platforms.
