Were searching for a Toronto-based Billing Manager to join our Finance team so that we can ensure accurate and timely billing across the region and support continued growth. The Billing Manager will lead our North America billing operations and manage an off-shore team responsible for invoicing revenue accuracy and billing process improvements helping ensure our customers are billed correctly and efficiently.
How Youll Spend Your Time
Oversee the end-to-end billing function to ensure timely accurate invoicing in line with internal controls and tax compliance
Lead and support the regional Billing team based in Skopje North Macedonia overseeing workload development and team KPIs
Collaborate and build relationships with Sales Renewals Professional Services and Collections teams to ensure CRM and billing data accuracy
Review and maintain the debtors ledger and unbilled income records to support month-end close and revenue reporting
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across billing processes and systems (e.g. Salesforce NetSuite) to increase efficiency
What Kind of Things Were Most Interested in You Having
Previous experience managing a billing or accounts receivable function ideally within a SaaS organization
Strong interpersonal skills and proven success building relationships with a variety of stakeholders across multiple business units
In-depth understanding of accounting from an Accounts Receivable perspective
Ability to commute to our Toronto offce as needed and travel to Macedonia 1-3 times per year
A knack for working both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment spread across multiple time zones
