Job Summary
In this role you will provide individualised support to people living with disability by assisting them with daily living activities and promoting independence and Support Workers are energetic have excellent communication skills problem solving abilities and work in a professional and ethical way. We prioritise the needs of our participants and work flexibly with them in order to meet their needs.
Working within ourSupported Independant Living homes you will provide support assisting our residential participants to live as independently as possible whether they have complex needs or just need some additional support at home. Part time hours available on a range of different shifts including overnights (minimum 2 per FN) and weekends we would love to hear from you!

What Youll Bring
- Experience in both one-on-one and group support settings
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work varying shifts
- A current drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle
- Ability to assist in managing behaviours and implementing positive behaviour support strategies
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including days evening early morning weekends and sleepovers (penalty rates apply).
You will be required to undertake a Fit2Work National Criminal History Check and hold or be willing to obtain a Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
