Job Summary

Responsibilities:

To ensure that all processes contributing to the performance of a clinical trial are conducted in accordance with guidelines and other regulations responsible for all activities involving quality assurance and control and compliance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Lead Auditor training Qualification ISO 9001:2015 (IRCA or Equivalent).
Preferably Lead auditor for ISO 45001 and ISO 14001.
Min 5 years experience in Quality Assurance and QMS (Quality Management Systems).
Preferably Experience with Aramco Approved Skids Manufacturing facilities.
Inspection of all incoming material to the factory/site through RFI and PO with associated drawing.
Having CWI or CSWIP certificate.
Minimum 5 years of Experience (Saudi Aramco Experience Min 1 to 2 years).
Having Experience in Manufacturing Facility for projects like skid manufacturing and assembly (GMS OMS RO and Chemical Dosing).
Having certification in welding and NDT (will be beneficial).
Should have knowledge of Aramco and international codes.
Prepare all the documentation related to Quality assurance quality control i.e. inspection test plan inspection report .etc.
Conduct Quality Audits and regular Quality monitoring activities.
Perform Visual and dimension inspection to piping and structural welding as per applicable standard.
Perform inspection activities before during and after welding.
Asset in Quality training of personnel in the factory/site as per requirements.
Carry out inspection for all step inside the factory (Welding Fabrication Grit Blasting Painting Assembly) with reference to inspection and test plan and updated Standard.
Carryout inspection of site installation as per approved IFC Drawing.
Checking and Prepare for all quality related procedures and work instructions in the factory and Site and ensures activity at factory/site are as per approved method of statement Work instructions and inspection and test plan.
Quarantine the defected items put in hold in the non-conforming area and issuing nonconformance report.

Knowledge & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience Statutory/ISO/Statically Process Control.

Qualification:

Bachelors degree engineering or equivalent.
Having ISO 9001 Certification is a must ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
