Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Cairo-based sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving performance hitting sales targets and ensuring a smooth and professional experience for all inbound and outbound sales interactions primarily serving clients in Kuwait and the GCC.

  1. Lead and manage the Cairo sales team providing coaching guidance and performance monitoring.
  2. Set daily/weekly/monthly targets and ensure achievement of KPIs and conversion goals.
  3. Handle and monitor inbound leads follow-up pipelines and outbound call strategies.
  4. Collaborate with Kuwait HQ to align offers scripts and campaigns based on local market preferences.
  5. Track team performance using CRM and reporting tools and share insights with leadership.
  6. Ensure that team members are trained in GCC communication styles expectations.
  7. Support in hiring onboarding and ramping up new sales agents.
  8. Proactively propose improvements to sales flows pitch techniques and objection handling.


Requirements

  1. 4 years of proven experience in sales in travel B2C service.
  2. Prior experience managing a team of sales agents.
  3. Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
  4. Strong understanding of customer behavior in the GCC market.
  5. Experience working with CRM tools.
  6. Performance-driven proactive and organized.
  7. Fluent in English and Arabic. Familiarity with the Kuwaiti dialect is an advantage.
