Job Description

Introduction

We are a leading medical recruitment agency in South Africa who have now expanded across Australia and New Zealand and our newest opportunity available is for a Physiotherapist to be based in New Zealand.

The Client
Our client is a respected national healthcare organisation with a strong reputation in the rehabilitation sector. They are committed to supporting people on their recovery journey while empowering their clinicians with opportunities for development autonomy and leadership.

The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced physiotherapist to immigrate to New Zealand. Youll take on a role within a supportive multidisciplinary team managing complex cases across musculoskeletal and rehabilitation pathways. Your expertise will contribute to service improvement and delivering high-quality care in both clinic and community environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • MSK and rehabilitation physiotherapy services
  • Develop implement and monitor best-practice rehab plans
  • Collaborate with other allied health professionals and stakeholders
  • Provide accurate timely reports and clinical documentation
  • Use diary management systems to organise appointments and case loads

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Eligibility to apply for New Zealand registration as a Physiotherapist with current APC
  • Minimum of 2 years post-grad clinical experience
  • Proven experience in MSK and/or community rehabilitation
  • Leadership or mentoring experience desirable
  • Valid drivers licence required for community work
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
