About the Team:

The Supply Chain team owns the whole raw materials packaging & all kinds of items (office/cleaning & kitchen) supply and its distribution to the chefs/fulfillment. Its a high-impact role with the ability to communicate constantly between all different areas of CookUnity. Our customers use our digital experience weekly to find their favorite meals from our 300 menu items and the Supply Chain team is responsible for making that easy and smooth for the operation.

The role:

The Supply Chain Systems & Process Analyst at CookUnity is responsible fordesigning optimizing and digitizing supply chain workflowsto support $150M in annual ingredient spend. This role ensures that procurement invoicing claims and vendor management processes are scalable automated where possible and supported by reliable data and reporting. The Lead acts as thebridge between Supply Chain Finance and Tech/Data teams driving operational excellence and enabling the team to focus on strategic vendor management.

Responsibilities:

Process Design & Standardization

  • Map current procurement invoicing and claims workflows.
  • Redesign and document standardized to-be processes.
  • Establish and maintain SOPs across supply chain vendor operations.

System Ownership & Optimization

  • Own day-to-day management of procurement and vendor systems.
  • Partner with Tech/Data to implement or upgrade ERP/Procurement platforms.
  • Ensure supplier and ingredient master data accuracy.

Reporting & Analytics

  • Build and maintain dashboards for spend tracking vendor scorecards claims and invoice reconciliation.
  • Provide actionable insights to Category Managers Finance and leadership.
  • Support audits and compliance reporting.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation (e.g. invoice matching credit tracking supplier onboarding).
  • Reduce manual work across the supply chain team through system-driven solutions.

Change Management & Training

  • Train team members on new tools and processes.
  • Provide first-line support for system/process questions.
  • Ensure adoption and consistent use of tools and SOPs.

Qualifications:

  • 3 years in supply chain procurement operations finance operations or business process management.
  • Advanced English Level
  • Previous experience with ERP/procurement systems (SAP Oracle NetSuite Coupa Odoo etc.).
  • Background in food CPG or multi-supplier environments strongly preferred.
  • Strong process design and documentation skills.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and comfort with BI tools (Looker PowerBI Tableau or similar).
  • Analytical and detail-oriented; able to translate data into insights.
  • Familiarity with automation tools (Zapier RPA Alteryx) a plus.
  • Problem solver: pragmatic resourceful and comfortable in fast-scaling environments.
