Job Summary
Division: Group Digital Capabilities (GDC)
Are you passionate about shaping the future of digital experiences Were looking for a visionarySolution Architect (Cloud/Azur) to join the Cloud Catalyst Tribe within GDC.
Here you will play a crucial role in defining the target architecture and designing end-to-end solutions for initiatives across various GDC domainswith a focus on cloud migrations best practices participating in complex programs and actively participate in the evolution of our azure footprint and develop new services.
Your role
- Serve as thedesign authorityfor enterprise applications in your domain.
- Translate business needs into structured scalablefunctional and technical architectures.
- Leadhigh-level business analysisandapplication designfor complex and critical projects.
- Ensure alignment withEnterprise Architecturestandards and drive integration across systems.
- Evaluate thefeasibilityof new initiatives and providebudget/workload estimates.
- Support the Enterprise Architecture team in assessing new technologies and standards.
- Guide development teams by validating specifications and ensuring architectural consistency.
- Navigate change and complexity in maintaining and evolving critical applications.
Your profile
- 10 years of experience in software development including 5 years as anApplication Architectfor cloud-based web portals.
- Solid understanding of Azure Infrastructure (Identity Networking Governance)
- Familiar with Cloud Adoption Framework
- Strong understanding ofcontent management systemscloud computing andenterprise architecture.
- Excellent communication skillsable to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with a knack for solving complex technical challenges.
- A degree inComputer ScienceInformation Technology or a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience withCI/CD pipelinesand DevOps practices.
- Familiarity withenterprise architecture frameworks(e.g. TOGAF).
- Experience with AEM
- Having a Microsoft Azure Certification
