Job Description
This role supports the fast paced strategic growth of Home Chefs e-commerce business with a key focus on supporting growth via new customer acquisition. The Sr Associate Brand Marketing works closely with the Brand Director and other cross-functional teams internally at Home Chef to bring the brand to life across media channels in a way that drives growth. This includes assisting in the execution of multi-channel (i.e. Facebook Instagram YouTube Direct Mail Affiliate Influencer TikTok Email etc.) creative requests including timeline development and communicating with key stakeholders to see projects through to completion. Additionally this role researches and builds creative strategies for new channels leads cross-functional campaigns populates reports and leverages customer feedback to improve acquisition efforts.
Detailed Responsibilities
Creative Development Review
- Manage paid creative development for Kits business including brief development approvals and communicating with key stakeholders. Projects include managing internal vendor and partner deliverables across channels. Work closely with the cross-functional team to see projects through to completion.
Marketing Strategy Implementation
- Bring marketing strategy to life by managing key execution details for the Kits team including ownership of brand calendar copy deliverables and merchandising.
Trends Thought Leadership
- Lead competitive and trends reviews developing insights and applying learnings for the team. Key strategic partner for the full Kits team.

Qualifications

- Completion of a four-year degree program in a related field: Marketing would be ideal
- Individuals who are motivated hungry to learn data-driven and eager to get a valuable hands-on experience will be rewarded with opportunities to grow within this role.
- 2 years of experience in a rigorous fast-paced work environment digital marketing brand management CPG manufacturing data analytics consulting finance etc.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets proficiency
- Professional communication and relationship building skills
- Previous marketing and project management experience preferred
- Independent self-starter driven to find solutions without significant oversight
- Intellectually curious
- Results driven active problem solver with a natural desire to get things done

Home Chef offers the base salary range as posted below with the exact offer depending on factors such as geographic location experience skills and internal equity. While compensation is within the provided range it is not typical for offers to be made at the upper addition to base salary Home Chef provides a comprehensive benefits package including healthcare coverage 401k match and paid time off.
