About the Role:
Our client a growing real estate investment and asset management firm is seeking aDirector of Investor Relationsto lead capital-raising efforts and manage investor communications. Thisonsite role based in Cincinnati OH requiresapproximately 40% traveland plays a key role in supporting the firms expansion through strategic investor engagement and capital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead equity fundraising initiatives for new acquisitions and portfolio growth.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with HNWIs RIAs family offices and institutional investors.
- Oversee capital stack structuring for deals.
- Maintain and expand an investor database aligned with varied return criteria.
- Manage clear consistent communication with current and prospective investors.
- Track market trends to inform capital strategy and identify opportunities.
- Collaborate internally on the development of investor materials and reporting.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance Real Estate or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5 years of experience in real estate capital markets investor relations or fundraisingideally in commercial and multifamily real estate.
- Proven track record of raising equity from both individual and institutional investors.
- Strong understanding of real estate finance and capital structuring.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to execute effectively.
