Analytics Manager

Job requirements
- Location: Chicago IL
- Hybrid/Onsite: Preferable onsite. Open for Hybrid too
- 1. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in both backend and frontend development with deep knowledge of PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript ( and React). Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and GCP is preferred and experience with AI technologies is a significant plus.
- 2. The role involves working within an analytics environment and supporting analytics/data applications requiring close collaboration with the analytics function. Experience in analytics engineering will be considered a strong advantage.
- Youll be responsible for designing developing and maintaining scalable web applications collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to architectural decisions that drive innovation and performance.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and backend services using Laravel and .
- Optimize application performance and scalability.
- Ensure secure coding practices and data protection.
- Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.
- Maintain and improve frontend performance and accessibility.
- Deploy and manage applications on AWS and/or GCP.
- Utilize cloud services for storage compute and networking.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Understanding of Tag Management Systems and data collection principles through a data layer approach. Has a fair understanding of the server side tagging principles.
- Participate in code reviews and agile development processes.
- Troubleshoot debug and upgrade existing systems.
- Document technical specifications and maintain codebase hygiene.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices.
- Proficiency in PHP (Laravel) and JavaScript ( React).
- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Familiarity with AWS and/or GCP cloud environments.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker Kubernetes is a plus).
- Bonus: Experience with AI/ML technologies or frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
