Role Overview:
As the People Operations Coordinator you will support our People Operations team playing an important role in keeping all people programs on track. You will assist with administrative and operational duties while playing a role as an active partner in these programs. You will support onboarding off-boarding benefits administration recruiting contractor management company event planning office management as well as other HR tasks and company initiatives. This position requires an extremely detail-oriented enthusiastic multitasker who is comfortable working in a dynamic fast-paced startup environment.
Please note: This role will require candidates to be based in either Denver CO or Dallas TX in order to be considered for this role.
What Youll Do:
Supports People Ops processes and programs including onboarding off-boarding benefits administration recruiting contractor management company event planning and office management.
Ensures People data is correct across all systems and maintains up-to-date personnel files for Homebounders.
Assists with processing employee changes in our HRIS.
Generates reports assists with audits responds to employee requests and provides general support to the People team.
Helps coordinate employee events and engagement activities.
Assists with office management tasks to maintain a well-organized and efficient workplace.
Provide recruiting support including interview scheduling and communicating with candidates.
Assists with swag creation distribution and inventory tracking.
Collaborates with Recruiting IT Benefits Vendors and Hiring Managers to create a cohesive and engaging employee experience.
Partners with the People team on employee initiatives rollouts and special projects as needed.
Who You Are:
Bachelors degree or the equivalent years of experience.
Some experience in HR-related work preferred.
Extreme care for data integrity and attention to detail.
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Ability to adjust and adapt to change and thrive in a face paced environment
Strong customer-service mindset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Superior organizational skills.
Familiarity with HRIS and ATS systems experience using Paylocity and Ashby a plus.
Familiarity with Google Suite preferred.
Excel proficiency preferred.
This is primarily a work-from-home position however candidates must be based in either Denver CO or Dallas TX to be considered for this role. Some travel and in-office work may also be required.
