Right now we are looking for backend engineers who want to be part of this journey who care about impact not just output. With a product mindset you will help shape the next phase of our growth.
What you will do
Design and develop backend services powering our new products and ventures
Actively take part in product discovery and influence what we build.
Collaborate with frontend design and business colleagues to deliver end-to-end value.
Write clean reliable and scalable code with ownership from idea to production.
Contribute to defining our ways of working and technical patterns as we grow.
What we are looking for
5 years of backend or fullstack experience with frequent product shipping.
Strong understanding of modern software engineering principles and architectures.
Experience with or curiosity for our stack: React TypeScript/JavaScript and AWS (including CDK and CloudFormation)
Solid experience with APIs testing analytics feature flags and CI/CD pipelines.
Bonus: App-first products React Native or AI-driven workflows.
Above all: a product mindset you want to understand why we build things and you see impact as important as delivery.
