Job Description

LOCATION: Central Region

We are hiring a District Manager (DM) to lead a team of four specialty sales representatives. The District Manager is a pivotal sales leadership role responsible for driving account sales service and support for the Histology GU Oncology team. This leader will oversee the promotion of Nateras Signatera MRD Cancer test across the continuum of care engaging with Uro-Oncologists Medical Oncologists Pathologists and other key providers.

The DM will be accountable for delivering strong sales performance achieving and surpassing sales and management objectives and partnering with cross-functional teams to design and execute business strategies that align with Natera Oncologys broader corporate goals.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders in the treatment of GU/Urology in the academic setting as well as in select community oncology targets.
  • Become an expert in Nateras technology and service offerings representing the company and its business interests at the highest levels with KOL Physicians Academic/Community Medical Directors and C-Suite-level targets.
  • Provide direction based on field input market assessments and trends to develop an area that consistently implements best practices.
  • Develop business plans based on sales goals expectations and available resources including area-specific strategies and tactics.
  • Design and implement regional and territory alignment to maximize ROI.
  • Attend local regional and national trade shows meetings and training sessions. Support sales professionals in career pathing by providing guidance and tools for career development.
  • Ensure all employees complete training related to HIPAA/PHI privacy general policies and procedures compliance and security within 30 days of hire.
  • Support the full suite of Natera Oncology products as required.
  • Support Signatera and other oncology offerings as needed.
  • Communicate with Natera staff and its customer to ensure quality

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience
  • Background in medical or biological sciences is preferred
  • 2-3 years of leadership and sales success in achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Travel required up to 50%-75%

  • Effective time management skills with a demonstrated ability to assess and prioritize multiple initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint Excel Gmail and .
  • Strong coaching abilities and a coachable mindset.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
  • Demonstrates initiative self-motivation and a proactive mindset.

The total on-target earnings (OTE) include a competitive base salary and uncapped quarterly addition to OTE the compensation package also offers a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).

The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate including but not limited to skill set years & depth of experience certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals. It combines a base salary with commissions and serves as an estimated figure rather than a guaranteed amount providing a guideline based on average performance outcomes.
