Description
JOB SUMMARY: This position requires an individual who is able to work in all weather conditions (heat / cold / wind / rain) and is still expected to fully complete all job duties. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs.; communicate on a 2-way radio. Requires constant walking and standing throughout the entire shift (typically 8 hours).
Scope of Job:
To maintain and upkeep the surrounding areas of the property including but not limited to lawns shrubs trees pool sprinkler system etc.
Essential Job Functions:
- Mowing of all lawns.
- Trimming and upkeep of all trees and shrubs.
- Ability to repair all sprinkler lines.
- Knowledge of planting new trees and shrubs.
- Repairing and maintaining pool and spa areas.
- Keeping the area in between all shrubs clean and free of trash.
- Directing laborers assigned to landscaping duties.
- Change filters.
Necessary Attributes/Characteristics:
- Must maintain professionalism at all times.
- Knowledgeable about gardening and hand tools; mechanical skills a plus.
- Ability to train and supervise all labors.
- Valid Nevada drivers license for driving company vehicles.
Education/Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year experience as a laborer.
- Must have a pool certificate.
