Your role in our future:

Were looking for a motivated and tech-curious Professional Services Associate to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who want to kickstart their career in IT consulting customer solutions or software delivery.

As a Professional Services Associate youll work directly with clients to support the setup integration and deployment of Quadient solutions. Youll be part of a team that bridges the gap between technology and customer success-learning how to deliver value through hands-on experience with real-world projects.

What youll do:

• Support all aspects of client projects: from technical configuration and customizations to communication and delivery.
• Learn to understand and implement best practices to solve real customer challenges.
• Collaborate with service and product teams to deliver smart scalable solutions.
• Assist in remote or on-site solution setup testing and troubleshooting.
• Provide basic training and support to users during onboarding or rollout.
• Work alongside senior consultants and grow with every project.

What youll bring:

• University degree in Business Engineering Computer Science Math Economics or a related field (or a high school diploma with relevant IT experience).
• Fluent English-both written and spoken.
• A tech-savvy mindset with basic knowledge of scripting and logical/algorithmic thinking.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• A proactive collaborative and curious attitude.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (if required).
