Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Degree-level qualification or equivalent in Building Surveying or related field
Proven experience in delivering repair and maintenance (R&M) programmes
Experience managing contractors budgets and key stakeholders
Familiarity with local authority operations
No sponsorship
Passport copy
