The technician will help keep the lab organized ensure equipment and tools are properly maintained and provide general support for engineering activities.
$25 - $25 an hour
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day lab organization and housekeeping to maintain a safe efficient work environment.
Check and maintain lab equipment tools and instruments under supervision.
Track restock and organize lab supplies components and consumables.
Set up and break down workstations test benches and equipment as needed.
Support engineers with basic tasks such as labeling cable management or equipment preparation.
Document maintenance activities and report issues with tools or equipment.
Follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures at all times.
Qualifications:
Current student or recent graduate in engineering technology or a related field preferred.
Strong attention to detail reliability and willingness to learn.
Basic familiarity with lab or workshop tools (training provided).
Ability to stay organized and follow procedures carefully.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Proficiency with basic computer applications (Excel Word data entry).
