Job Summary
Position Description:
Sourcing : Agile across different businesses; responsible for talent landscape and market intelligence on demand; building an eco-system of suppliers strategically; owning and designing/executing digital branding strategy; Referral programs; sourcing spends; direct sourcing accountabilities for hardest / escalated positions; guidance to Aligned sourcers; consultation to business and running specific hiring programs end-to-end basis request of TA BAMs and approval of the TA to a business; responsible for candidate database building; sourcing through industry network; job boards/social media and aggregator network; preliminary CV screening and interest checks; administering screening tests; tagging screened candidates against flagged requisitions; liaisoning with candidate management team / vendors / candidates to ensure closure of feedback loop. May support the candidate management team on specific positions and events.
