_{Position Summary:}

_{We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CT Technologist (ARRT) to join our imaging team in Owosso MI. This role requires the ability to perform high-quality computed tomography (CT) and general radiography procedures on a diverse patient population including inpatients outpatients and emergency room patients. The CT Technologist will support diagnostic efforts by producing cross-sectional images for interpretation and will also assist during invasive procedures when needed.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Operate CT scanner power injector and post-processing equipment.}
_{Perform CT exams including emergency scheduled inpatient and outpatient studies.}
_{Adjust scanning protocols based on patient-specific factors and radiologist guidance.}
_{Produce diagnostic-quality images and maintain a repeat rate at or below national standards.}
_{Assist radiologists during interventional procedures (e.g. biopsies abscess drainages).}
_{Perform general X-ray exams as needed.}
_{Maintain familiarity with Diagnostic Imaging procedures and terminology.}
_{Ensure accurate patient identification and gather complete medical histories.}
_{Provide clear explanations of procedures to patients to ensure comfort and cooperation.}
_{Adhere to age-specific care protocols and hospital safety standards.}
_{Support research efforts and stay up to date with evolving imaging technologies.}
_{Evaluate image quality and document store and retrieve imaging data accurately.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{ARRT Certification Required}
_{Advanced Certification in Computed Tomography (CT) Required}
_{Two-year Allied Health Degree Required}
_{Minimum 2 years of full-time experience in both CT and X-ray within a hospital or emergency department setting Required}
