_{We are seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our team in Lawton OK. Under the direction of the RT Supervisor and Cardiopulmonary Manager the RRT/CRT will deliver high-quality respiratory care across critical care units including adult pediatric and neonatal populations. This role also includes responsibilities for mentoring and training RT personnel in critical care competencies.}

_{Key Responsibilities:}

_{Administer respiratory therapy treatment and diagnostic testing per physician orders.}
_{Deliver care in a variety of critical care environments: adult pediatric and neonatal.}
_{Assist in the orientation and training of respiratory therapy personnel.}
_{Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with department and hospital standards.}
_{Participate in rotating night shifts weekends and on-call coverage as scheduled.}
_{Demonstrate professional communication and collaboration with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Education as required by the Oklahoma State Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision Required}
_{Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) Required}
_{Current Oklahoma State Respiratory Therapy License Required}
_{Minimum 2 years of hospital-based experience Preferred}
_{BLS Certification Required}
