_{Evaluate and assess patients to determine functional status and needs}
_{Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices clinical judgment and patient goals}
_{Modify treatment approaches to ensure effectiveness and goal achievement}
_{Educate patients and caregivers regarding care plans exercises and recovery expectations}
_{Produce timely accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory and professional standards}
_{Collect and analyze outcome data to assess patient progress and optimize interventions}
_{Understand and contribute to cost-effective care by considering budgeting billing/coding and resource planning}
_{Maintain consistent communication with patients caregivers and healthcare team members}

_{Qualifications:}

_{Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution (Doctorate preferred)}
_{Active unrestricted Physical Therapist license in the State of Colorado (required)}
_{BLS Certification (required within 90 days of hire)}
_{Strong clinical reasoning communication and documentation skills}
_{Experience in both acute and outpatient settings is preferred}
