Schedule: Monday Friday Day Shift
Position Summary The ACT (Access to Collaborative Treatment) Clinician plays a vital role in delivering integrated behavioral health services within a collaborative care model. This role focuses on identifying and addressing the social emotional and cognitive factors that impact patients overall well-being. ACT services are effective for a wide range of mental health concerns including trauma depression grief anxiety chronic pain suicidality and childhood disorders. The clinician will provide assessment treatment planning therapeutic interventions and crisis support to individuals families and groups.
Key Responsibilities -
Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

Provide individual group and family therapy services

Collaborate with primary care providers and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure integrated care

Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Respond to behavioral health crises and implement appropriate interventions

Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards

Promote culturally responsive and trauma-informed care in all aspects of service delivery
Minimum Qualifications Education:
Experience:
-
At least 1 year of post-graduate clinical experience providing direct care to individuals families and groups
-
Demonstrated proficiency in clinical assessments treatment planning therapy crisis intervention and documentation
Licensure/Certification:
-
Must be licensed or license-eligible in Alaska (LMFT LPC LBHP or LCSW)
-
Must obtain Alaska licensure within 6 months of hire (COVID-related delays will be considered)

BLS or other applicable certification as required
Skills & Abilities -
Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to work effectively with diverse populations and interdisciplinary teams

Knowledge of culturally responsive practices and trauma-informed care

Proficiency with basic computer applications and electronic health record systems
