_{Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policy.}

_{Required Qualifications}

_{Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma Required}
_{Minimum of 6 months of nursing experience Required}
_{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Required}
_{NIH Stroke Certification Required or must obtain upon hire}
