_{We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse for our Stepdown Unit with a strong cardiac care focus. This unit provides advanced care to patients transitioning from intensive care as well as those requiring close cardiac monitoring. The ideal candidate will have a solid clinical foundation experience with cardiac patients and the ability to work in a high-acuity team-oriented environment.}

_{Key Responsibilities}

_{Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients including those with:}
- _{CP rule-out}
- _STEMI/NSTEMI
- _{Post-CABG and thoracotomy}
- _{Post-peripheral vascular procedures}
- _{Respiratory failure requiring BIPAP or Airvo}
- _{Dysrhythmias or blood pressure instability requiring IV intervention}
- _{CHF sepsis and related conditions}
_{Recover and monitor patients post-cardiac catheterization.}
_{Manage arterial sheaths and perform continuous cardiac monitoring.}
_{Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to execute personalized care plans.}
_{Assess patient condition monitor vital signs and document responses accurately.}
_{Educate patients and families regarding cardiac health recovery expectations and discharge planning.}

_{Minimum Requirements}

_{Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Oklahoma Required}
_{At least 6 months of nursing experience Required}
_{Basic Life Support (BLS) Required}
_{NIH Stroke Certification Required or must obtain upon hire}
_{Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Preferred}
