Job Summary
Solution IT Inc. is looking for Technical Project Manager for one of its clients in Austin TX (Hybrid/ T&F onsite)
Job Title: Technical Project Manager
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience managing projects across large organizations including developing and managing project plans risks issues and contingency plans.
- Strong ability to research analyze and solve complex business and technical problems.
- Proven experience overseeing SDLC artifacts translating business requirements into technical specifications and guiding the SDLC process.
- Strong stakeholder management with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to summarize and escalate issues provide regular status updates and lead project team meetings.
- Collaborative team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- 8 years of Agile methodology experience including managing feature-driven sprints tracking development progress and ensuring deliverables align with project timelines.
- Experience leading and driving multi-million-dollar software and IT projects.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Experience implementing Agile methodologies and best practices for State of Texas agencies.
- Prior experience in healthcare or public health projects.
- PMP Certification.
