Job Summary

Position: Occupational Therapist (OT) - Long Term Care (LTC)

Start Date: 10/13/2025

Duration: 13 weeks

Location: Potosi MO 63664

Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Days 8

Shift Notes: M-F 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask that the therapists start time is before 6 AM and no later than 10 AM/35 GWW

Weekend Requirements: No Weekends

On-Call Requirements: No Call

COVID-19/FLU Requirement: na

Traveler Policy: na

This role will be an assessing therapist with a lighter case load to take on some DOR responsibilities.

Attending morning meetings facility meetings and doing the schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strong leadership and direction to the rehabilitation team (PT OT ST PTA COTA).

Oversee and ensure compliance with PDPM processes.

Develop and enhance rehabilitation programs for high-acuity patients.

Foster collaboration among interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Monitor and analyze clinical and financial performance metrics.

Ensure compliance with all federal state and facility regulations.

Submission Requirements

1 year of OT experience - Required
Experience in a leadership role within an SNF/LTC rehab setting. - Required
Knowledge of PDPM - Required
MO State License - Required
