Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12

Shift Notes: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM 12 Hour Nights 36 Hour Guarantee / Every Other Weekend / No Call

Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend

On-Call Requirements: No Call

Traveler Policy: Candidates Permanent Address (Facility will not consider local candidates - 50-mile radius restriction)

Nonbillable Hours: 16 hours
Applicants within 50 miles of the facility are not eligible. Applicants who were direct employees within the last 2 years are not eligible.

Registered Nurses in the Intensive Care Unit are responsible for planning implementing and evaluating individualized patient care delivery by:

Assesses utilizing age-specific data the patients physical and psychosocial status in a comprehensive manner
Demonstrates accurate assessment skills appropriate to the age of the patient
Performs ongoing assessments and completes required documentation within organizational standards
Performs and documents including observation physical examination laboratory/test results and patient response to procedural intervention
Participates in the identification and clarification of patient needs as evidenced by participation in multidisciplinary care planning to achieve optimal patient outcomes
Assists other staff in the delivery of patient care as appropriate
Incorporates patient teaching/discharge planning to promote optimal patient outcomes

Submission Requirements

2 years of ICU Experience - Required
BLS (AHA) & ACLS (AHA) - Required
IL RN License - Required
