4/10s Every other weekend (Saturday/Sunday) is apart of the 4/10s shift. 3 days during the week. 7am-5:30pm Unit Information: (insert name) Location: Sunrise Hospital & Medical Center Address: 3186 S. Maryland Parkway Floor: All Medical Acute Floors Building: Main Campus General Information Tell us about the unit(s): Number of Beds - 800 Number of Staff (6) Three full time and Three PRN Type of staff: o Day Shift 3(low) and (5) high o Night Shift n/a Patient Ratios patient visits 8/12 patients per shift (10-hour shifts) Type of equipment Radiology (Modified Barium Swallow) sturdy FEES disposable scopes Passy Muir Speaking Valves (PMV) EMR - Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role. Independent with MBS studies Independent with Trach care and PMV Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. FEES bedside swallow study skills. List typical procedures performed on unit(s): FEES swallow studies with disposable scopes.
