Marshfield Medical Center - Weston is looking for a BE/BC Hematology/Oncology physician to join an established Cancer Center & Research Program. Our clinics are integrated at all locations with regularly scheduled provider meetings physician advisory boards tumor boards and other collaborations. Extensive research opportunities are available
Program Details:
Full range oncology practice including outpatient infusion center inpatient capability strong dedication to multi-disciplinary tumor boards and teaching opportunities.
Strong research program and support of clinical trials with dedicated Research RNs and coordinators.
Supportive of work/life balance
Physicians are supported by a strong team of APPs
Radiation Oncology support onsite
Dedicated Pathology and Radiology support
Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).
Compensation & Benefits:
2 year salary guarantee of $700k depending on location for a 1.0 FTE
Up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
4 weeks of vacation and 2 weeks CME to start
