Operation Lead
Industry - Pharma
Location - Gurgoan (WFH)
- S&OP & Planning
- 12-month rolling forecast capacity & material plans safety stock freeze
- windows.
- Demand/supply reconciliation with commercial; MAPE targets and inventory
- health.
- Sourcing & Procurement
- Qualify/dual-source critical RM/PM (actives excipients bottles closures
- cartons).
- Supplier scorecards quality agreements COA/COC controls AQL sampling.
- Manufacturing Execution
- BMR/BPR governance; weighing blending encapsulation/tableting coating.
- Line clearance cleaning validation yields & loss analysis; OEE tracking at
- plant/CMO.
- Quality & Release
- Finished-goods testing (identity/assay micro heavy metals as applicable)
- stability (ICH) label checks.
