Job Summary

Experience and Skill Set Requirements

Technical Experience - 65

Experience with Esris ArcGIS Enterprise suite of products e.g. ArcPro SDK File Geodatabases ArcGIS Enterprise Portal ArcGIS Notebooks ArcGIS Server ArcGIS Image Server etc.
Experience with Microsoft Azure GIS infrastructure and networking management and modernization
Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) microservices and web services (REST JSON AJAX)
Experience developing GIS web applications (JavaScript Typescript HTML5 CSS VertiGIS/Geocortex and/or FME)
Experience with Python C C# SQL and SDKs

Communication Experience - 30

Experience communicating technical concepts to lay audiences
Experience negotiating / resolving project direction to achieve consensus
Experience collaborating with stakeholders Business Analysts and project management
Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices.
Experience with development/maintenance of documentation including installation guides and build books.
Ability to gather review and provide feedback to business requirements.

IT Public Sector Experience - 5

Experience with projects in the Land and Resources I&IT Cluster (LRC) or Ontario Government

MUST HAVES:
