Job Description
Experience and Skill Set Requirements
Technical Experience - 65
- Experience with Esris ArcGIS Enterprise suite of products e.g. ArcPro SDK File Geodatabases ArcGIS Enterprise Portal ArcGIS Notebooks ArcGIS Server ArcGIS Image Server etc.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure GIS infrastructure and networking management and modernization
- Knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA) microservices and web services (REST JSON AJAX)
- Experience developing GIS web applications (JavaScript Typescript HTML5 CSS VertiGIS/Geocortex and/or FME)
- Experience with Python C C# SQL and SDKs
Communication Experience - 30
- Experience communicating technical concepts to lay audiences
- Experience negotiating / resolving project direction to achieve consensus
- Experience collaborating with stakeholders Business Analysts and project management
- Knowledge and understanding of Information Management principles concepts policies and practices.
- Experience with development/maintenance of documentation including installation guides and build books.
- Ability to gather review and provide feedback to business requirements.
IT Public Sector Experience - 5
- Experience with projects in the Land and Resources I&IT Cluster (LRC) or Ontario Government
MUST HAVES:
