Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Create all documentation (job aids procedures and policies) into the new approved template.
Partner with cross functional teams to review align and harmonize processes across multiple systems.
Update existing documentation or create new documents as required.
Manage document reviews approvals and releases within Agile PLM.
Support PCMs by creating training materials and new job aids to enhance team efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards and version control practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
Strong technical writing and documentation skills.
Experience with Agile PLM (preferred) or other document control systems.
Ability to collaborate effectively with SMEs and cross-functional teams.
Attention to detail organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with process harmonization and training material development is a plus.
Engineering background preferred as the content involves configuration management items components bill of materials and engineering changes manufacturing changes etc.
