Title: Staffing Account Manager Aerospace REMOTE

Location: 100% Remote

Type: Full-Time Base Salary Commission

We are a national aerospace and defense staffing agency seeking a highly qualified candidate to join our internal team and help drive our continued growth!

About the Role:

Manage and grow large enterprise aerospace accounts ensuring exceptional service and long-term partnerships
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients building and maintaining strong relationships
Contact and convert leads into active clients by promoting staffing services
Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts
Collaborate with recruiting teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions efficiently
Oversee smooth onboarding for new clients
Maintain accurate records of client activity and communications in CRM tools
Leverage provided sales tools talking points and onboarding support to drive success

Requirements:

Bachelors degree preferred
Aerospace staffing agency experience required with strong knowledge of OEMs MROs and industry-specific staffing practices
Proven background in sales account management recruiting or business development
Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with outreach calls virtual meetings and ongoing client engagement
Self-motivated and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple enterprise accounts and deliver consistent follow-through
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking client activity and managing pipelines
U.S. Citizenship required
