Product Development Analyst

The EPIC Lab in Allen Park is seeking an experienced Technician/Technologist for an open Battery Analyst Position (Product Development Analyst)

Must be available for Dayshift Operations with the occasional possibility of overtime.

What youll do

• Installation and Removal of Li-ion Battery Pack Array and Cell setups
• Daily communication with Scheduling and Test Engineers
• Test Set ups
• Fixturing
• HV Safety Checks
• Sign off Documentation
• Department Documents Generation/Updates/Publishing
• Installation Document Generation/Updates/Publishing
• Handling Storage and Shipping of Hazardous Materials
• Glycol Chiller/Heat Exchanger Set Up and Operation
• On time/punctual
• Must be able to work in a Diverse Work Environment

Youll have

• 1 year or more Lithium-ion Battery Lab experience (Pack Array Cell level)
• HV Level II qualified
• Must be fluent with a True RMS Multimeter
• Strong communication skills a must
• Must be fluent with MS Office Suite
• Must pass background check through HR
• Strong mechanical skills
• Wire Harnesses Experience
• TCs and Pressure Transducers Experience
• Familiar with Thermal Chamber Operations
• Must be familiar with Battery Cyclers
• Enhanced Lab Management System (ELMS)
• AVL Lynx Data Acquisition and Control System
• Must have a Safety-First Mindset
• HV Cables and Connectors

This position is a range of salary grades 6-8.
