Job Summary

Job Title: Payments BA

Location: Houston TX (Hybrid)

Job Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

Knowledge in Settlement and Reporting functionalities
Understanding of transaction processing in Debit / Credit payment network applications and related entities such as Merchant Acquirer Issuer and Network.
Able to review the deliverables from the development teams
Collaborate with Product managers Product Owners Architect and project managers to define accurate requirements
Help define test cases and acceptance criteria
Validate outputs to ensure business objectives are correctly implemented
Evaluate the impact of changes to the systems
Help identify potential downstream effects
Work closely with developers QA and Product family owner to provide functional clarity throughout the project life cycle
Able to analyze the transactional data
Ability to articulate both technically and functionally

Skills:

Knowledge in Settlement and Reporting functionalities for Card based transactions
Understanding of transaction processing in Debit / Credit payment network applications
Prior experience as Payments BA in settlement area
