Summary:
The Parts Order Entry Clerk performs clerical duties in conjunction with the order entry team.
Essential Functions:
  • Process appropriate paperwork
  • Maintain Technical support call log and filing system.
  • Perform general office duties including emails copying and filing.
  • Reroute calls to appropriate technical support employee.
  • Take messages during peak season.
  • Handle customer part request from quoting to order entry.
Qualifications/Skills:
  • Prior clerical experience preferred.
  • Must pass mandatory drug and alcohol screening(s)
  • Analytical problem solving
  • Data entry
  • Excellent computer skills are required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication; including spelling and grammar.
  • Strong background with use of Microsoft Word Excel and other associated software
Safety/Physical requirements:
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Requires bending stooping and standing.
  • Must be able to stand from six (6) to eight (8) hours per day. (Overtime may extend the time period.)
  • Good visual and spatial perception.
  • Follow establishedsafety policies including but not limited to mobile equipment PPE emergency response HAZCOM first-aid response etc.
