Job Description
Quality Engineer (ETL Tester)
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
Required Skillset:
Strong background in Database/ETL/Big Data testing.
Expertise in writing complex SQL queries.
Proficiency in data automation using test automation frameworks such as Robot Framework Pytest or TestNG and ETL processing.
Proficiency in file handling and processing techniques.
Strong stakeholder management and Quality Engineering (QE) process skills.
ISTQB certification.
Desired Skillset:
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins Bamboo).
Hands-on experience with version control tools (e.g. Git).
Hands-on experience with automation reporting frameworks (e.g. Extent Allure)
Key Responsibilities:
Design develop and execute test strategies for databases ETL and Big Data systems.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries to validate data integrity and transformations.
Automate data validation processes using industry-standard test automation frameworks.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on quality standards and processes.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and reporting.
Generate detailed test reports using automation reporting frameworks..
