Job Description
Job Location: Lansing MI (Hybrid)

Job Description/ Requirement:

3 5 years of Genesys administration & Intelligent Workload Distribution (IWD) support
-
Strong hands-on experience with Java (routing strategies APIs integrations)
-
Proficiency in JavaScript for APIs web services and Workspace customizations
-
Oracle Database expertise (SQL queries stored procedures reporting data analysis)
-
Deep knowledge of Genesys system architecture (on-prem) including Config Server Stat Server Message Server T-Server
-
Experience designing scalable high-availability and secure Genesys environments
-
Skilled in routing/workflow design IWD rules multi-channel workflows and SLA-driven routing
-
Experience with Microsoft Graph API integration for email ingestion
-
Proficiency with Genesys Pulse dashboards InfoMart & SAP BO for reporting/analytics
-
Strong troubleshooting skills using Genesys logs ICON and historical data
