Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity

The People Analyst is responsible for leveraging our People Technology to create a better experience for our people and workforce by maintaining and enhancing our Workday people platform.

You will work on:

  • Functional Configuration Analysis: Configuration (Business Processes Org structure security roles).
  • Process and Change Analysis: Change impact analysis Training Material and How to Communications along with intranet updates.
  • Stakeholder and Project Management: Plan manage and communication workloads in an agile construct whilst understanding and managing various stakeholder interests.
  • Reporting and Data Analysis: including metrics mass data requests and mass data changes.

We are looking for someone with a passion for growth a willingness to be outside their comfort zone and a readiness to be part of a dynamic driven team.
