Te Whiwhinga mahi The opportunity
The People Analyst is responsible for leveraging our People Technology to create a better experience for our people and workforce by maintaining and enhancing our Workday people platform.
You will work on:
- Functional Configuration Analysis: Configuration (Business Processes Org structure security roles).
- Process and Change Analysis: Change impact analysis Training Material and How to Communications along with intranet updates.
- Stakeholder and Project Management: Plan manage and communication workloads in an agile construct whilst understanding and managing various stakeholder interests.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: including metrics mass data requests and mass data changes.
We are looking for someone with a passion for growth a willingness to be outside their comfort zone and a readiness to be part of a dynamic driven team.

To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Knowledge and experience in conducting complex analysis using multiple data sources and a passion for attention to detail.
- Passionate about continuous improvement with a strong desire to continue learning in order to stay relevant to business changes and industry trends.
You will demonstrate knowledge of or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of or a willingness to gain an appreciation of Te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
